Questions from law firms
Does OpenWatch detect privileged content automatically?
No. It gives you a searchable, attributed record and checks prompts against the policy you write. It doesn't classify privilege on its own.
Does it store the documents attorneys attach?
No. Documents are recorded by file name, path and size. Their contents aren't uploaded.
Who at the firm can see attorneys' sessions?
Attorneys see their own activity. Admins, such as the firm's risk or IT team, see everyone's.
Where is the data kept?
