What people get in Teams
The app adds OpenWatch as a personal tab, and as a tab you can pin in a team, group chat or meeting. Inside Teams, people are signed in automatically through Microsoft Entra. Outside Teams, the same account works with a standard Microsoft sign-in.
The bot understands four commands: summary, tickets, cost and help. Other questions go to the OpenWatch assistant, which keeps the thread of the conversation and replies in short, plain answers.
In the tab, people see their own Claude activity and admins see the whole organisation, exactly as in the dashboard.

Is there Okta or Google sign-in?
Not today. Sign-in is Microsoft Entra only.
